Line-up

Turn Back, the band's third studio album it was an ode to the classic sextet format, and it was a more consistent, more powerful effort with a harder edge. The more edgier sound of Turn Back was a reflection of the growth of the band. Bobby Kimball's growing proficiency was evident in the vocal delivery of Joseph Williams, who had become more confident and mature.
