Cyberpunk 2077 Item Upgrading Guide

Item upgrading is a key factor in maximizing the power of your gear. It allows you to add bonus stats onto the base value of your item.

Each upgrade template comes with set options that can be set up via the GUI. These options include the upgrade reference and the chance to upgrade.

Upgrade components

As part of the 2.0 update the system for upgrading weapons and armor in Cyberpunk has been improved. Upgrade components are available all over Night City, and the item that you want to upgrade must have an upgrade slot available. The game will show an overview of the item's expected stats after upgrading. It will also show the component or material required. If you don't have the required component or resource to upgrade item the item, then the button will say "Blocked."

The items that can be upgraded include armor and weapons and trinkets and gathering tools. Upgrade slots can be filled on each item with upgrades that give bonus effects or attributes when the equipment is used. These upgrades can be obtained by crafting, purchased from a vendor, obtained as rewards.

There are two kinds of upgrades: universal and gemstones. Universal upgrades which are similar to gemstones can be put in any type of equipment and offer less of a benefit than other upgrade components. The process of obtaining them is quite simple to obtain, since they are dropped by enemies or looted across the globe. Gems, on the other hand are gained by disassembling items or completing certain tasks.

Upgrades can be removed and replaced by new ones within the slot of the weapon. However, this will destroy any previous upgrades. Except for glyphs that can be placed into gathering tools, all other upgrades cannot be removed or salvaged after they are placed in an item. Infusions can be inserted into legendary or advanced equipment. Enhancements can only be recovered by using a high-end salvaging kit or upgrade extractor.

Recycled items

During the last two world wars, shortages of natural resources pushed the world to embrace recycling. Nowadays, it is commonplace to recycle items like paper, aluminum and plastic to give them a new life as something new. Recycling conserves energy and stops carbon dioxide from escaping into the atmosphere. Recycling is a great way of avoiding landfills and conserving natural resources. It is essential to know what items can be recycled.

People often make the mistake of placing the wrong items in the recycling bin. These items not only harm recycling equipment, but also cause contamination to the water. To avoid this, check the label and follow the rules of your recycling program. Cardboard should not be mixed with steel or tin cans. Tissue should be disposed of. Plastic bags can also become entangled in recycling machines and should be taken to the grocery store to be reused. Other items to throw in the trash include berry containers and food containers. The only exception to this rule is glass that can be used to build with.

When shopping for new items it is important to look for the tag "Made with recycled content." This means that the item has been made using recycled materials from other products that have served their intended purpose. This makes them more environmentally green than new products made from raw materials. Additionally they are a lot cheaper than virgin ones.

You can recycle your old computer, tablet, or phone by taking it to a recycling facility. They can reuse the materials to make new products and electronics. Some of these companies will even give you money to return your old equipment.

If you want your coworkers' recycling to be easier, standardize the colors of the bins and signage in your workplace. This will reduce confusion and increase participation rates. You should also create the space in your office for recycling for example, a central bin or a box located in the breakroom.

Reroll tokens

Reroll tokens give you another chance at rolling the dice for better stats or more powerful powers. These tokens can be found in the mistery box, as rare drops from skulled creatures or killed bosses. Each token takes one attribute point from damage and randomly transforms it into the new attribute. You can also use the token to reroll the extras on an item, for example regeneration or speed.

The amount of extras that are added to an item varies with each level. The value of an extra is calculated as a percentage of the total stats of the item. Rerolling a token may change this value. The value of the item's recycling increases when it is upgraded. Generally speaking, the value of an item level upgrade's main stat will increase by +3 with each level, whereas the value of its additional stats will fluctuate.

Click the dice icon in front of the item in your Inventory to reroll it. You can also hit the button on another player's lobby, and then select "Reroll". After rerolling an item, it will disappear from your inventory.

Rerolls can be purchased as well as other in-game items from Sagbe which is an in-game Token Shop trader. Redeeming active codes will also allow you to earn free rerolls on Fire Force Online. These codes can be used to claim various items that include Reroll Tokens and Clan Reroll Tokens.

These rerolls are useful in the beginning of the game, when you need to build your inventory and dungeon gear. However, they're not the best method to boost your character's stats. You should instead focus on increasing your skill points. You can also earn bonus points by completing the event stages.

You can also reroll your character's race by purchasing an reroll token for races, which can be purchased through the Zen Market. The token can be used by certain pack purchases, or through the Token Shop. It allows you to change the race of your character only once. You can also earn it as a reward by completing Meg’s cases during the Port Sarim Invasion event.

Leveling

The stats of an item and its Power Level will rise when you level up an item as part of the upgrade process. It also increases the cost and amount of materials needed to complete the upgrade process. The kind of material required is dependent on the type of item. For example, weapons use the combination of Destruction Stones and Guardian Stones. Armor utilizes Harmony Leapstones and Shards. The addition of additional materials could increase the chance of success, but it is not a guarantee.

The process of leveling utilizes a formula to determine the amount of damage magical attack, defense and damage the upgraded item receives when it is upgraded. The formulas vary depending on the type of weapon and rarity. In addition, there's an upper limit for each type of weapon.

The NPC will display an upgrade option once the item has reached its maximum level. This will allow the player to upgrade the item to the next level by combining it with experience. To maximize this process, it is important that players make sure their gear has reached its maximum level prior to upgrading. They will save time and money by not wasting materials or time that could have been used for other upgrades.

If the upgrade is in progress when the upgrade is in progress, the NPC will display a window with two lines. The first line displays the amount of Tech Points the upgrade items will offer, while the other shows a preview of how the item will look like when it reaches its upgraded level. The preview will not be exact for items that have mods, but it can still give a rough idea of what you can expect.

The NPC will also display the cost of upgrading the item. This will include the cost of Technology Points, if applicable. It will also show the price of an Accelerator if you own one. Accelerators are available on the Exchange. They boost the Tech Points earned from upgrading by 50 percent. This bonus is not applicable to the chance of a product's quality which is reset once the item is at the mark level.

The Upgrade NPC also provides a gear transfer service. This allows players to save their experience and progress in upgrading an item of gear and transfer it to a new item that is in the same slot. This can be useful for players who want to change their gear, but do not have enough money to buy a brand new set.
